Home Depot......Lousy delivery and customer service - Maytag washer and dryer
After spending over $1400 on a washer and dryer it was next to impossible (I say that because I still have not received them) to get the items delivered. We told them it had to be a delivery after 6 pm since my husband and I both don't get home until then...they set up a delivery time of 11-3 when I complained loudly a supervisor told me they would deliver it to the store and the store would deliver it to our house, the store then called and said they do not deliver items and that I could not pick them up from the store...the lady was extremely rude. I called back the delivery service and asked for a weekend (which I had originally requested) and told her due to plans I had already made it would need to be a morning delivery....she said it could not be guaranteed...still waiting to see...cannot believe the royal run around and rude people.
