Home Depot again shows how little they care about their customers. I purchased a LG refrigerator at Home Depot. Last Sunday it was to be delivered. Home Depot uses a cheap delivery company and when the refrigerator showed up it was significantly damaged. The delivery company claims LG shipped the refrigerator damaged. I refused the unit and now I am without a refrigerator for at least another week and a half. The delivery company says it will be 5-7 business days until LG responds with when a new refrigerator can be delivered. Home Depot's best offer is that they will cancel the order and resubmitted it and I can get one in ten days. When a company tries to cheat a customer and pass off damaged merchandise as new and gets caught, that company's number one priority should be making things right. Home Depot's best offer is to send me to the back of the line. I guess this just goes to show how little Home Depot cares about their customers.
