Home Depot/Asurion warranty doesn't care about their customers - Maytag french door refrigerator

I purchased a $1300 Maytag refrigerator less than 3 years ago. Thankfully or NOT I also purchased the extended warranty. I Live in Florida so cool is a necessity. The last time it was broken, the ice maker, it took 3 1/2 weeks and multiple visits to repair. The company could have cared less that the repair man couldn't get the right parts ordered week after week. Fast forward to now. The refrigerator isn't cooling or freezing. It's been 2 WEEKS and again multiple visits - the last the repairman said it isn't fixable. This morning I get a call from Home Depot Warranty and not only are they sending a repairman, picked a date without checking to see if someone is home AND DIDN"T TELL THE REPAIRMAN. By the way - they are using the same guy who said it isn't repairable. This was news to him. The date he's to come out put's the lack of a refrigerator to 3 weeks. It's expensive to keep buying ice for the cooler, expensive to buy food every 2 days, and - wait for it - I have fibromyalgia, restless body syndrome, diabetes, etc. and woke up this morning with a sore throat. They don't care! I will NEVER buy from Home Depot again.
