Home Depot Carpet - Carpet measure

I tried for a second time with Home Depot to get carpeting in a 2nd house. I should have learned from the 1st time. The measuring service they use is the main problem.You get a email saying they will call you the day chosen for the measuring. The guy coming call calls the night before, gets his call to go straight to voice mail, determines at his leisure when he'll be coming, and then leaves you the main # of the measuring service to call back, not his # in case there's a issue. You never get to talk with him to set a time that works for you. So, after this happened, I called to try to "reschedule" the time he chose, was told they would take care of it and he'd be there in the time window I asked for. What happens, he shows up at his time, doesn't call, and the measuring service tells me they have me they had me scheduled for the following day! Unreal.. I am kicking myself for even trying to go with Home Depot for a 2nd time. Why they have this measuring company is beyond me. They lost my business,a dn for home depot I hope they wisen up and lose that measuring service.
