I recently purchase some hardwood floor from Home Depot from on-line and the trucking company they use ESTES promise me a delivery today 9/7/11 when i called yesterday to confirm today delivery they said it will come on 9/7/11 (granted they never call me to set a time I had to call them), my wife took the day off to be there for the driver and about 11 am I called to get an estimate time on arrival and they said they ment to call me and that they couldn't make it today and I said that wasn't acceptable and Estes didn't even budge to give me an early delivery they just brushed it off. I called Home Depot customer service and explained everything to them and waited on the phone for an half an hour to tell me that she couldn't do anything for me so I cancel my order and delivery and most likely never to shop there again.
