Water Testing Fraud - Rain Soft and HomeDepot water testing

I have submitted 2 water samples to home depot for "Free Water Testing." In each case, I received an e-mail stating that I would receive a call within 72 hours with the results. The first test was submitted 6 weeks ago and the second test was submitted 12 days ago. To date - no call or report about my water test.

The reason I believe it is fraudulent is because the ONLY purpose of this 'free' test is to sell the homeowner their very expensive Rainsoft water treatment.

If you want your water tested - go elsewhere.
