Living room floor is peeling

Dec 2016 Home Depot installed a floor in both the bedroom and living room. Jan 2017 the living room floor is peeling. After several phone calls and inspections, Home Depot refuses to fix or replace the living room floor. They claim moisture. We have no moisture issues with our house.
