LG Microwave - LG Microwave


LG Microwave is a piece of junk. Our heating element went out after only 6 months. We called customer service and since it was only 6 months old they would refund our purchase price and was told to upload a copy of the receipt which we did and nothing more was required. He said we would hear from them in 3-5 business days - after a month and a half - during which time we disposed of the old microwave with our city - and were never told to hold onto it - we contacted LG CS 3 more times when they finally sent an email requesting photos of the back of our old microwave!!! We told them we didn't have it anymore as we were never told to hold onto it and we even sent a copy of the receipt for our new microwave NOT AN LG. They told us too bad - their CS is horrible and they don't care about their customers - I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT - THEY ARE THE WORST.
