GE Delivery Service a Disaster
I bought a new dryer that was scheduled to be delivered on 4/2. I took off work to get the delivery. I also removed the old dryer (to prepare for them to bring in the new one. Well they failed to show up. Many calls and 4 hours later found out delivery was delayed but I had not been notified. Was told the delivery would still be there that night. No one showed. Called next day was told it was rescheduled to 4/7 because of a problem on their end. Could not get it any sooner even without installation service. Home Depot cust svce said delivery is by GE and they have no control over the vendor. So pretty much both Home Depot and their delivery service suck. Just stay away from Home Depot for all your appliance needs.
