bought dishwasher then returned cause of bad customer service
I have spent $15000 withiin 6 months. I just bought a $800.00 dishwasher i wanted it delivered to my house then I realized I cant be there so I called the number on my receipt and told them I wanted them to deliver it to the store so my husband could pick it up. She told me I would have to get permission to deliver it to the store. REALLY?? PERMISSION TO DELIVER TO A STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT?? ....OK...so I called the store to get Permission....as im am telling the lady what I need she cuts me off and puts me on hold with loud music...as im holding my cell away from my ear I held....and held...and held...then she picks up and puts me on ? Hi old again then she transfers me to voicemail. I DONT HAVE time for VOICEMAIL . So I call back and ask for the store manager and she tells me the manager is not available. So I told her I am coming up there. So by the time I get the I am so mad I just told her to refund me my money . Then I went to sears and ordered a dishwasher. I am not spending one more dime on home depot and I have always more money to spend on home improvement. Goodbye home depot.
