they make you have late payments - CREDIT CARD SERVICE
On a2 different occasionso I mailed a payment to home depot in there self addressed envelope and they returned it to me I called in to make a payment and they told system was temporarily down I when I talked to themost the customer service rep said he would call me and took all of ,your information down and said he would be contacting me so I left it as that I run a business and raise my son by myself so I idnt think nothing of it I forgot about it Cause that guy Ave e his word that he was going to call me I called in again at the end of the month outraged cause that guy never called me as he promised the system wouldnt take any of my depot cards I had a balence of $8,500 in my account and I did not use it at all that day so I wasn't over my card usage this was a 2 days before the payment was duE called the next day same thing happened and I still haven't used my card in 2 days with the same amount in my accont so had to call in again after the due date so now I was late again finally got it to work 7 days later now since I was late and all this crao happened they reported and completely screwed my credit I would never do business essential with home depot I will not step foot in that store again unless it's to warrantee a product
